Executive Summary
We are pleased to submit this commercial proposal for developing the official web application, client document portal, and content management platform for R.C. Dave Group.
This proposal covers end-to-end UI design, custom development, testing, deployment, and 12 months of fully managed cloud hosting infrastructure & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). The architecture is engineered for enterprise-grade security, instant page loads, mobile responsiveness, and search engine visibility.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables
1. Public Website & Service Directory (50+ Pages & Views)
- Custom Homepage: Interactive hero, service overview, client proof, tools preview, and CTA sections.
- Corporate Pages: Detailed About Us (38-year history, leadership, values), Contact Us (interactive forms, map embed), and Sitemap.
- 17 Complete Service Pages: Full 9-section structured conversion layout covering Tax & Compliance, Corporate & Finance, Digital Transformation, and Data & AI.
2. Interactive Business Tools & Calculators
Custom interactive financial calculators embedded across the platform (GST Calculator, Loan EMIs, Tax Calculators, etc.).
3. Dynamic Blog & Content Management System (CMS)
- CMS Dashboard: Self-hosted, simple admin dashboard for creating, publishing, and editing blog posts, news, and website copy.
- Public Blog Hub: Article listing with category filters (Tax, Corporate, Digital, AI), search, and article reading view.
4. Client Portal & Secure Document Management System (3 Roles)
- Client Panel: Secure login, interactive document upload center (Purchase Invoices, Sales, Bank Statements, Expense Bills, GST & Tax Docs), document listing, and account settings.
- Accountant Panel: View and download client-submitted documents with advanced client/category filtering and audit logging.
- Admin Panel: Complete management of clients, accountants, global document records, blog content, and website text.
Technology Stack & Architecture
- Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui (SEO-optimized, ultra-fast performance).
- Backend API: Custom Rust (Axum framework) backend for enterprise security, minimal memory usage, and instant API response.
- Database & Cache: PostgreSQL 16 (Primary DB) + Redis (Session & OTP rate-limiting cache).
- CMS Engine: Custom modular CMS for website and blog content management.

Tax Terms, Exclusions & Client Responsibilities
Important notes regarding taxes and third-party subscriptions:
- GST Applicability: All project estimations, fees, and milestone amounts quoted in this commercial proposal are exclusive of GST. Statutory Goods & Services Tax (18% GST) will be charged extra as applicable on all invoices.
- Domain Name Registration: Annual domain purchase (e.g.
.comor.in) via Namecheap/GoDaddy (est. ₹800–₹1,200/year, exclusive of GST). - SMS / OTP Gateway Subscription: SMS gateway account (e.g. MSG91 / Fast2SMS) for mobile OTP verification, billed on usage (est. ₹500–₹1,000/month, exclusive of GST).

- Tax Exclusions Clause: All estimations and payments are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Applicable GST rate (18%) will be added to each invoice.
